About Us

The Studio B Guest House is located just a short walk from the center of Main Street in historic downtown Fredericksburg, Texas.  This turn of the century home located at 213 W. Peach Street was originally a Sunday House and the home of artists Bob and Bobbie Marsh.  Daughter Diana Phillips, and husband Jerald, continue to run this comfortable old home which accommodates up to 14 guests and provides a relaxed, private atmosphere where one can sit in the front or back porch swing, basking in the peace and quiet enjoyed by residents for over a century. 

The unique décor of the guest house invites you to explore the artist's palette throughout the home.  A color palette for each room adds individual character and charm that enhances longleaf pine floors, 10 foot ceilings, vintage linens and original paintings nurturing the creative spirit in each of us. 

Jerald and Diana will greet your group and provide a tour of all accommodations in the guest house.  Living on the property but in a separate building provides the added benefit and security of making the owners readily available should you have an immediate need.
